Cardiac Yoga®, Exercise, Nutrition, and Health Coaching Services
A healthy heart is important to your overall wellness. Take good care of your cardiac health through Cardiac Yoga® and cardiac health coaching and nutritional counseling services of Your Heart Center. I offer a comprehensive introductory service which includes a package of twelve 60-minute yoga and/or exercise and health coaching sessions. The frequency of your sessions depends on your personal needs and preference. Consideration of necessity for additional sessions will be determined on an individual basis.
Cardiac Yoga® is adaptable to most people regardless of fitness level or physical challenges. I will provide one-on-one instruction with a goal of setting up your own long-term practice. The focus is on learning breathing and relaxation techniques that help with stress management. All exercises can be done in a chair if necessary.
For cardiac health coaching and nutritional counseling service, individualized (one-on-one) coaching or family consultation is available. What you can expect from health coaching and nutritional counseling is directly related to what you put into it. I will help you brainstorm ideas and manage your own health.
Individualized client-centered exercise coaching including: strength and flexibility exercises, and balance exercises. The primary goal is to maximize the client's independence and improve quality of life by building strength, increasing flexibility, and helping reduce risk of falls. Each person's needs are different and can be accommodated, including client's who are weak or frail.
Donation-Based Yoga and Health-Coaching Business
I do not believe in excluding any person from my services just because they are unable to pay. Hence, Your Heart Center is a donation-based business. No one will be turned away for inability to donate.
